Elvis had watched his uncles, his moms brothers, then his mom struggle. I believe he knew in the last year what he was dealing with but back then there was no treatment for his issues. Now doctors could help his issues. Back then there was no way to help him.

If Elvis is alive, in my opinion I really don't think he's going to let it be known. Everyone who worked with him in his band, are slowly passing away. I watched "Finding Graceland " the saddest part was when he made it back to Graceland, no one was there. He sat on the bottom of the staircase and cried. He cried cause no one was at Graceland, he kept saying no one is here anymore. To me that was so sad. It made me teary eyed..
