This is nothing but the truth. Narcissist hate being called out for their actions, lies, and deceit. When I asked questions, my ex would automatically get argumentative and try to overtalk me. Always trying to manipulate the conversation. She would always run to her "friends" first to set the narrative about me. Her friends were her enablers. I went through so much self-doubt dealing with her manipulation tactics. I'm blessed that God showed me the signs or red flags. I lost so much, but gained even more after leaving.

My dad was a narcisst. Growing up was tough. My childhood was scary, cold, and often lonely. He did a lot of terrible things but he was also a victim of abuse himself. Narcisst are often victims of abuse. Even though he was a controlling tyrant and abusive I can see the broken, abused victim that he was. I was angry and resented him as a child but now that im an adult I just wished he could find peace. He's passed on now, he said he's saved but I'm not sure if I'll see him in heaven or not. I'm also very thankful that I didn't go down the same path he did. God was the rock thats helped me to keep pushing to be a better me.
