Character oriented protocols consist of 8 bit characters.
As we know that a frame having a header and a trailer. Header contain sender and receiver address and some control information. Trailer having error detection and correction information . For this purpose trailer having retundant bit consist of 8 bit characters.
In a message for distinguishing between frames flags are used in front and end of frame.
There are two problems arise in this snerio and these are discussed in the vedio . Although their solution is also discussed in the vedio.
