HUGE Update Makes MFFU The #1 Prop Firm. Crazy.

Guess who didn't know about this update when I made my prop-firm guide 1 month ago? Me. Got my funded account with them up and ready for a $1,000 withdrawal :). This is the first time I've personally seen an end-of-day account be BETTER than its intraday (trailing unrealized profits) account equivalent! Competition in the prop firm space is great for us traders.

I'm one of those guys with 20 Apex accounts. I don't tend to think of it as a lot of leverage. For anyone who's curious I view them all as just various ratios of each other. I don't tend to look at p/, and I almost exclusively think in terms of R-multiples.

What's a lot and what's a little I think is just a matter of perspective. I'm a fair bit older and have a family of six. When I was younger and had no kids, my perspective was much different.

Got funded by Apex and MFF.
Had to pay $140 lifetime for Apex to activate. And they’re owned by “those” people (austrian painter wanted ded) which makes it a phishy tbh. Need to follow 10 day rule.
MFF activation for $50K was just $50 and just couple trades would be enough to withdraw.
I do swing trades (daily, weekly), which really fits my strategy.

Watched this video last night, opened an expert MFFU account this morning a little after market open, hit $4550 thinking that the profit target was 4500 (it's 4000) before noon (got pretty lucky).

Looks as though they don't consider market close as one day, rather 24 hours. So I'll have to wait until at least ~10am EST to get my funded account. Which I'm fine with, didn't want to trade tomorrow anyways.

Be very careful. MFF does not allow micro scalping. I understand that this is your trading style. They will not pay out for trades for a few ticks or for trades that only last a few seconds.

Is there a source where you learned that micro scalping isn't allowed? MFF explains what micro scalping is, but nowhere on the page explaining the strategy, or on the page explaining their rules do they say that they don't allow it. They clearly state they don't allow automated trading and other things, but micro scalping is not mentioned under "prohibited trading practices". It actually sounds like they allow it, but with caution, with the quote: "Traders considering this strategy should be aware of its limitations and ensure it aligns with their overall trading goals and risk management strategies."

Right now i only have daily loss limit and daily profit limit set up, but i am not sure how much these should be in order to keep me disciplined and limit overtrading. many thanks iman<3

One thing with MFFU is that you must trade at least 5 points. So microscalping is prohibited.
