I'm back in Japan and I always got to stop by the iconic 24-hour Japanese convenience stores. So here is my comparison between 7 eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart.

The buns are called man, so normal pork is nikuman, shrimp is ebiman and a ready one pizzaman.

That smoked cheese is made from processed cheese. Milk fermented with lactic bacteria and the resulting cheese melted and mixed with emulsifier to be shaped into a solid form again.
