Urea Cycle Regulation

This video is a quick review for urea cycle regulation. Regulation of urea cycle in the liver. Urea cycle is a disposal pathway and urea synthesis is increased during prolonged fasting and high protein intake. Enzymes in the urea cycle are induced during these conditions. CPS I enzyme is highly regulated enzyme in the pathway and is positively modulated by N-acetylglutamate (NAG) which in turn is synthesized by NAG synthase.

I have one doubt that in urea cycle video u told that when a person is in negative nitrogen balance urea cycle occur at higher rate
Here it's mentioned as positive nitrogen balance
