When I was stationed in Panama in the mid 90s, I used to see them on base (Ft.Clayton) all the time. There was this one white one, it would look at you, walking slowly towards its destination & I was pregnant at the time, I looked at it, & walked slowly towards my car. 🤷🏽‍♀
