JJ- you and Skyler always do an amazing and awesome job capturing video of fire incidents! Thank you!

Nice catch JJ. Sometimes you just get lucky. A “Taxpayer” is so named because originally, land owners who didn’t have the money to erect a large permanent structure, would cheaply build these one storey occupancies and rent them out just to pay the taxes on the land until they were ready to build something substantial. Cheers!

From me formerly from Boston now in Florida to you in NY, you’re the man JJ. Best coverage on YouTube.
I’m retired and confined to home more or less and enjoy spending time watching your videos. 👍👍👍👍👍
Always be careful man and always expect the unexpected.

I was woken up by the heavy smell of smoke. And this is that I live further up on 238th st. It's such a tragic loss to our community. 😢

You do a great job with all these videos, you said the roofs your on are a bit “shady” have you considered any PPE type equipment like some cold weather gear and a good flashlight to help illuminate those roofs. You are definitely putting yourself in a dangerous situation. Take care of yourself, without you we have no videos. Stay safe and take care. Setup a fund where viewer can help with things you could use.

You never cease to amaze me how you manage to find the best PERCH spots to film from. Great coverage ! Time to get setup with supplies for the cooler temperatures. You know the winter fires last a little while and are more frequent at this time of year . Hot shot hand warmer in the pockets !

Outstanding coverage. FDNY had their hands full with this incident, a lot of moving parts in this scene, and think that the city government wants to cut their budget. You got some great views on this video. Stay safe.
