the wood chips? that is huge! I have maple, mesquite, hickory, apple, oak, bourbon, cherry, alder, binchotan charcoal, cedar, saw dust from fir, pine, black walnut, birch, maple, oak, teak, mahogany....but you say...wood chips...it makes a difference...and I've left out my entire wood shed. and the bbq. alder, box alder...

So the ratio is about 2 to 1. (For the quantity of butter relative to liquid), what is the ice used for though? Just to avoid the butter from cooking ?
