Italian/French Hot Chocolate at Home

Total time is 5-10 minutes.
1. Warm 1.5 cup milk and 0.5 cup heavy cream (18%) in a pot on medium heat
2. Add 1 tbsp hot cocoa powder and whisk till mixed
3. Add a pinch of salt and 0.5 to 1 tsp of sugar (add to taste).
4. Cut 100g 70% dark chocolate and add to pot.
5. Mix pot ingredients until desired (thick and silky) consistency. Test: Hot chocolate should form a thick coat on the back on the spoon.
