4oz (1.6 of a 5x2 bar) Dark Chocolate Bars (Cut them up and place into a microwave safe bowl.)

Sauce pan: Let this heat up
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Sugar
Splash of Heavy Cream (Roughly 1/2 Cup.)

Microwave chocolate until it’s nice and runny.

Once the milk begins to bubble on the sides, turn off the heat and whisk in the chocolate.

Add a touch of vanilla extract. (Roughly 1/4 cup.)
