Even more of an experience is hot chocolate made from high-quality chocolate made from fine cocoa beans.
Unfortunately, even high-quality chocolate usually doesn't say the beans used, but usually just the country of origin.
As far as I know, Lind chocolate is made from low-quality industrial cocoa, but they conch it for a particularly long time and thereby improve the quality.
It is probably the highest that is possible with industrial cocoa.

In France whe make the French Hot Chocolate into another way... we make a syrup (boiling water and sugar) we put it directly on cutted chocolate and we whip it all to get an uniform creamie and delightfull hot chocolate

That cup of chocolate has to be more than 600 calories… a whole bar of dark chocolate is 600 calories. Add cream and milk and sugar? Christ. That’s worse than a Starbucks frappe at that point. And how could anyone enjoy that bitter liquid? 🤮 Ewwww. I recommend all of this, but only add 2/5 of a 70% chocolate bar 🍫 so it’ll a be a reasonable hot chocolate, for two. 👍🏻 Also, more sugar! I use Carmel sauce. And to thicken it, a good spoon or two of corn starch, for that luxurious, thick texture. Just dip a spoon in and lick off what’s on there with your whole mouth around the spoon, and your knees will weaken! 😊
