Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾

1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember.
2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away.
3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us.
4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life.
5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good.
6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals.
7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams.
8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires.
9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery.
10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe.

"Oh yeah, I'm not doing thinking right now." That made me laugh. This is the challenge for me - squashing those thoughts when they creep in. My workplace used to offer yoga classes at lunch but I could never shut my mind off enough during the middle of the work day to just focus on the yoga.

Last November, one of my friends said
“I’m doing a detox diet” at first, I thought
“Why do it during the holidays?”
And the more I thought about it, the more sense it made😃 (as I have been making my own ‘detox tea’ every morning for the previous 2 years) and been researching and trying to do
‘intermittent fasting’, along with having my puppy take me on walks/runs (my husband asked me “why do you run? My reply was
“Really, I’m just trying to keep up with puppy”)
Last December 3 (my daughter’s birthday)
I decided to get serious about it, installed an
“Intermittent fasting” app, that tracks how much water I drink, my starting weight, height, and my goal. I’m 5’3 and weighed 122 last December, and set my goal @110. I thought it was reasonable. By April (4 months) I was at 110 (along with intermittent fasting, also doing
fasting cardio, going on 4-8 mile run/hike/walks with puppy) 4 miles on work days, longer on my 2 days off. I also have a job where I stock drinks, so it’s like going to the gym to work out 💪
I don’t have “cheat days” because I eat a small portion of things “forbidden” on “diets”.
I realize this was a long comment, though I felt led to do so, perhaps someone will find it useful 🎁

Thank you for another great video!👏🏾 I just went through a total reboot (juice fast) just before the holidays and recorded my journey. I don't like to wait until the beginning of the year. There is no better time than now. Now, I am implementing daily exercise and focusing on getting adequate sleep... Self care period. That 3, 2, 1 rule is great advice. I definitely need to be more consistent with meditation.
