There are very notable errors in this summary. Clearly the best light tank (or medium due to its 31 tons) is the VC TAM 2C A2. For its German design and latest generation Israeli technology. The Scorpion is just an obsolete reconnaissance armored vehicle. The AMX-13 is an old and obsolete first generation light tank almost completely retired from service in the world. The Stingray is inferior to the SK-105 in terms of reliability and tactical mobility and was only manufactured in just over a hundred units for a single customer in the early 1980s with only a mid-life modernization. The Chinese models are clearly inferior technologically and in terms of reliability to the VC TAM 2C A2. I don't know what parameters they used for the ranking, but from the final result they don't seem to have logic or knowledge of the subject and they mix armor that is totally different in weight, characteristics, firepower, technology and tactical use.
