For the respawn anchor, can't you just place a block between yourself and the respawn anchor to negate any damage. It works with beds and creepers.

hey i have a tip about respawn anchors in the overworld/end so instead of having to use 4 to explode it you only need one you right click it with one glowstone switch to another item and right click and it will explode it
