- who is your channel actually for?
- reaching everybody is reaching nobody
- what problem does my channel solve?
- failing to plan is planing to fail

2. Research
- crafting title (keyword research through vidiQ & google search bar)
- research other creators
- winning the battle before it starts
- video will have more intentionality, strategy and insight

3. Record
- with strategy
- be brief, bright, fun & done
- edit if you want

4. Release
- title, thumbnail, description, tags, added to playlist, post ✅

5. Rocket + rank
- share on community tab
- off platform opportunities like building a big e-mail list

6. Review (analytics)
- eventually gets important
- analytics shows what worked

7. Repeat +
- success leaves clues make part 2s
- what are the best vids?

8. Repurpose
- clip your videos up and make a short of it, social media
- working smart not hard
- eventually very useful

Start slow.
Punch fear/perfectionism in the face.
Press record.
Don’t rush/ get overwhelmed, but this is a good structure/system.
