Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.

The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

This is so true!! Reminisce on how beautiful the wedding was…. How our kids was the happiest, how you looked in your dress!!! They do this all the time… meanwhile, they go to the gas station and text the side piece…..

I literally just broke up w/narc after 14+ yrs and he’s pulling out every trick he’s got. And, it’s killing him thats I’m like “Nahhhh I’m good…I’m choosing me…bye boo-boo”

Let me tell you how I took the bait! Wasn't even trying to take the bait. Got rid of him for over a year. He showed up at my door. Raggedy as a roach! Dirty, stinky, smelling. Telling me I just need a bath and a change of clothes. Next thing I knew he had made his way in my house like we were in a relationship. Help him get a job. First check. He called and told me, "Don't pick me up from work, I got a ride. Came home at midnight. I put him out immediately? He had another woman pick him up on payday. It hurt but I'm getting stronger everyday. Thank you so much for what you are doing. So glad you got help. Thanks

These are exactly the tactics my ex is using, especially sending me links to songs and sending me random memories (it’s ironic how happy his memories seem to be bc he seemed full of angst at the time, and I was fearfully walking on eggshells). It creates such a confusion for me tho, and makes me question my own memories

I have a stalker who sent me an email to my spam (he's blocked from everything, but Gmail will send it to my spam) birthday wishes a whole month early, he knew when my birthday was.
He was trying to trick me into responding back to correct him on my actual birthdate as if 4 years of no contact was not enough.
They'll use all kinds of tactics to contact you. You don't realize how prevelent narcissist are untill you watch these videos, you recognize childhood friends, neighbors, family members, and exes with narcissist tendencies.

This reminds me of when my ex-fiance tried to get me to take care of him after this hernia surgery by telling me that if he dies, my daughter won't have a father and I'll regret losing him for the rest of my life (um, you don't even see your daughter fool!) Lol
