Central Ohio nonprofit uses security cameras to catch illegal dumpers

A Central Ohio crime and safety organization is using their security cameras to try and deter suspected illegal dumping in Franklinton.
"We knew we were going to have swift results, and boy did we," the founder of SecUrban LIving, a non-profit that works to end crime and violence in the streets said.

yea columbus just took away their 300 gallon trash cans and replaced them with 90 gallon ones this is going to happen more and more often.
