That oil process looked intense. Seems worth it with the amount you ended up with. Are you suggesting not to breath when the hot oil and vinegar are added because its producing some teargas like fumes?

haha you can add dark soy sauce to get the marble. I made once the tea eggs, but my bf is not a fan, so I ended up eating 6 eggs...
