"14% surrounded" that's an absurd statement.

"The LNU Lightning Complex, a series of fires sparked by lightning and arson in August 2020, burned 363, 220" is the 6th largest fire, "The Creek fire, which started in September 2020, burned 378, 895 acres" is the fifth largest fire...

You say this fire is 383, 000 acres and are calling it the "6th largest wildfire" !?!? The math doesn't match.
