If we know energy providers are responsible for some of California's largest wildfires, why was Clean Power Alliance allowed to build their 642-acre High Desert Solar-plus-Storage power plant which was determined to be a "potential trigger for wildfire" without having the means to extinguish the wildfire it will trigger? No water source on site or nearby. No EIR required!
