Consume Food That Gives You Glucose Spikes: Choose tasty, unhealthy foods that lead to glucose spikes and crashes. Experience lethargy, mood swings, and poor focus. Avoid movement after meals to let glucose accumulate.

Over-Stimulate Your Brain: Bombard your brain with information and visuals for dopamine. Watch porn, doom scroll on social media, and play video games for at least 4 hours a day to ensure no motivation for worthwhile goals.

Become a Maximalist: Accumulate more things to fill the inner void instead of acknowledging it. Avoid simplicity and never focus on key things that yield worthwhile results.

Conclusion of this video is don't do these things at your 20's:

1. Uneven sleeping routine

2. Don't supress your emotions share it with someone or even write in youtube comment section.

3.don't eat food which one is tasty and spicy which is harmful for your health and give you dopamine I specially recommend to avoid sugar .

4. Don't watch your phone in the morning it can ruin your whole day if you want to use it use it after 2 hours of work and 1/2 an hour of exercise {most important point}.

5. Don't follow a simple routine you can include some small challenges in it during work that lead you to be consistent.

6. Do atleast one action that you learn from a improvement video don't go to watch another improvement video after applying it.

7. Motivation is for sometime but discipline is permanent.

Do I deserve a heart from you if I add some value in your life.

I just wanna say thankyou, i was literally in the trap of being a perfectionist, stressing over small things but now i have the answer, why i've been avoiding things, avoiding to face people, criticism, crying over small inconvenience, overstimulating myself with a lot of things, feeling overwhelmed by the amount of things i've searched and gathered just to get started, i believe at the end i have to take action and not stress over future, thankyou so much, i'll save this video to remind myself, it's such a gem !!

i have some advice

if bad thing happen dont say why it is happening to me .when you dont say same for good things that happened
you are the only one responsible for all the good and bad decision in your life
think of every bad thing happened as wht it is trying to teach me.
if you are overthinking or have anxiety for tomorow just write it down, it helps belive me
our choice make u who we are today we can always choose to do wht's right

most important just dont regret wht you could have done, become and happened, say it whom u want to, just do it do whatever u want now.u will definetely regret it for not doing it & live a regret free life.
