Glen Rose is awesome. Looks like there is extra space in the upsatairs bathroom where the owners could put a luggage stand and wall hooks - they should do that. If they could find a Japaneses style toilet that has a hand sink built into the tank, that would be nice as well.

Alan, I’m really enjoying your videos. Thank you! My husband and I are considering building a tiny house on our property to host as an air bnb. Your videos are very helpful! I’m taking little pieces of every video and incorporating them into my own ideas and plans. I really hope to see your channel grow! Please keep these amazing videos coming. I’m tuning in...

It needs a toilet in the bathroom upstairs & a sink in the bathroom down stairs, & a closet, etc to put your clothes, etc in

That was nice! Love the Hill Country! My husband and I stayed at Tree House Utopia, and that was extremely nice. Keep up the good work.

Okay for a glorified hotel room, aka BnB, but not for any extended stay - even a week. For anything more than one night: Needs a toilet upstairs. Needs a closet and decent drawers upstairs: some under the bed, maybe? Needs a downstairs bedroom added on with a bathroom with a shower. And a small sink in the toilet closet!!! And/or a hot tub on the deck. Closet for boots, coats under the stairs at entry. (Yes, I know the space has the 1/2 bath.) Needs a stove under the exhaust. Needs upper kitchen cabinets. Needs a bigger fridge - move the window to the right more over the table to make room.

Gorgeous home but I don’t understand how people can live with a mini fridge in such a desolated area. How much food can you store in that fridge?

Why is there nowhere in the bedroom to put clothes? No closet? Nowhere to put a suitcase, lay out a purse, a laptop, a phone, take off jewelry or other small items? Designer didn’t seem to consider utility/habitability. .

I'd add a small sink in the downstairs bath. the thought of people walking through the house, touching stuff with unwashed hands after using the bathroom is not it.

I think they could have put the kitchen where they have the dining table they could have put a two top stove on there and they could have made it smaller why does it need that vent if it doesn't even have a stove where's the refrigerator I don't know I feel like they wasted space in a way in this place but I do like it I know it could have been I could have felt bigger if they didn't have all the glass windows or that sliding glass door is what screws it up that should have been plain wall that way they could have put the couch against it and then they could have had space for a kitchen and it would have been much better

Why would you need a dining area dude I don't get it why do people do this they swallow up their whole living space for the kitchen when there's a tiny it's a tiny house for reason the kitchen should be smaller the living room should be bigger they should have a full size fridge a double top stove and a sink they don't need a giant cutting board area you know you wouldn't even need a lot of cabinet space and you certainly don't need a dining table what do people always think they need that

And that's why they ruined this house cuz they split up the bathroom and the shower why on Earth would a person do that that is so stupid that is so dumb they could have absolutely utilized the space better
