This week we're in Joshua Tree, California to tour my friend @Robuilt's $165,000 tiny house! Casita Conejo is a 2-story 300 sqft rabbit-themed tiny home. Stick around towards the end for a quick build cost breakdown!

This is one of the best-designed tiny homes I've ever seen considering it's only 300 sqft! Outside you have a hot tub area. Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen, a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and a memory foam mattress in the bedroom.

The balcony should have been a walk-in closet upstairs that would have been cool you know you needed storage space if you know you need swords face I mean I guess this is not supposed to be a live-in house so I mean I wouldn't live here but it's a nice place to stay I guess

The kitchen the kitchen is too big the kitchen should be about as long as that little couch is you should have a dishwasher I think that tiny little oven and stove top in a microwave above it in a refrigerator and that's about all you need in the kitchen and its tiny house when you put too much Kitchen in these tiny houses you take up most of the space it swallows the whole house up and then you have no living room space and the whole point of having a little house is where you can have living room space I just think it's stupid to in you know swallow the house with a kitchen when you could just make it you know along the width of the house and if not that way then a galley kitchen something like that you can have every single thing you have to have to have a reasonable side kitchen and if you need more counterspace you simply put a board over your sink and over your stove and there you have counter space that's how you do that I think the bathroom should be minimal small I don't think in a tiny house the bathroom as long as it has a shower at stinkin a toilet think that's perfect and I don't think that you need a bunch of kitchen space or a bathroom space that's what I'm saying you should be able to fit a washer and dryer into your tiny space a kitchen a bathroom and a nice decent sized living room seriously so that way you don't feel like a loser because you know you want to make it so that you can have guests over and how do you have a guest over at your house even just one if you have no living room space that's all I'm saying
