This charming TINY HOUSE sits in the backyard of a single-family residence. Experience TINY living with modern amenities in a stylish space. Premium location in sought-after North Chattanooga neighborhood near downtown.
Freshly decorated and fully stocked. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment easily accessible within one mile of home.
Although we love them, this property is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to steep staircase, small space, and loft-style bedroom.
The space
The Tiny House is about 150 sf, and includes a cozy living room, loft bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchen.

**Please be aware that the loft has a very low ceiling (a little bit of a challenge for taller people), and the stairs to the loft are narrow and steep. **

Although situated behind a single-family home, the backyard is quite private and guests will have full, exclusive access to backyard amenities.

+Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, microwave, 24” electric range, compact refrigerator
+Coffee and tea bar with Keurig, French press, various k-cups, ground coffee, loose tea, honey, creamer, and sugar
+Bathroom with modern plumbing with standard toilet and shower.
+Loft bedroom with queen size bed and storage
+Semi-private outdoor space with dining table, outdoor seating, swing, and hammock
+Other amenities include a 32” Smart TV, fiber optic high-speed internet, keyless entry, and ample street parking

That is absolutely adorable. I'd put in a full size fridge and upgrade to gas, but honestly this is pretty awesome as is!!!

The house is lovely, nice and neat. The yard has a good design and the grass and walkway are a nice touch. Too close to the neighbors. I like this house.

The yard is very nice! The living room area is almost unuseable with a poor design.

The only thing I don't understand is why it has interior stairs to the 2nd floor and exterior stairs to the 2nd floor. This looks like something A.I. would overlook.
