If you want crispy skin. Brush some grease on it and finish it for 5 min 180C° on air fry or roast. You'll love it.

I just bought a turkey leg to smoke tonight here in Ireland. Your's was is the first video to popped up in my search on how to smoke a turkey leg on a Ninja WFG! Thanks, I was expecting to cook for 3 - 4 hours, seems to be significantly less, right? Just over the hours mark?

Was the skin crisp enough at 300 degree cooking? Most recommend 350 to get crispy skin. Thoughts?
