Are there any home maintenance items you may have overlooked?

I would also recommend re-caulking windows, bathroom and kitchen. Probably every 5 years. Water can cause thousands of dollars of damage but caulk is very cheap and easy to apply.

Dishwasher filter. Had no idea but it’s something that makes so much sense now that I think about it.

I did not know that a dishwasher had a filter. I paused this and found mine. I live in an apartment. OMG, it was beyond my ability to clean. It needs to be replaced! Thank you. I think it's the source of making us sick..
