I heard that renting where you LIVE and BUYING what you rent out is another way to live.
Every 5 to 7 years you as a human being will change and grow.
Buying realestate to invest and rent out like an apartment will pay for your cost of living or rent so you can live anywhere you grow to experience life.
It's always nice to have a home but we will all get old and regret not traveling and experiencing a life time that was given to us to live.
From what I home owners are barely making it and not having enough to live life to the fullest.
We all have the right to live a full life so it's best that we learn how to make money, spend money, invest money and value time because TIME is the most valuable part of life.
It's just an open to say not to buy a be a smart buyer.

Some great tips. I know you vlogged when the house was built. Can you do a video or answer on why you decided to do a new build versus an existing home. I am trying to decide what the difference is between building a 150k home versus buying one and unexpected cost for a new build. For ex. does it really come out 150k for a new build or after it's said and done its 160k.
