I haven't changed my style since I was a kid and my parents were buying my clothes, Jeans and casual t-shirts. But I recently started another trip around the sun and started a new relationship, so between Beardbrand and her I'm ready to rethink my style and get something that says I'm an adult not the kid I was

When it comes to suits, I think a charcoal suit can be substituted out. I frequently suggest people get a navy and a charcoal suit if they can. That way you can pair the jacket with the other's pants for a nice looking less formal look. With those two suits, you basically have 4 outfits and are set for most formal occasions.


I also tell people to get an extra pair of pants with their suits. A lot of nicer suit places will sell that to you for a small additional cost. That way you do not have to keep track of when you wore them last. I just use the extra pair of pants when not worn with their matching jacket. Jacket wear a lot slower than pants so that keeps them together.

Its always good to have a suit. Its one of those “just in case” piece of clothing. Just like you said, if you have a funeral, wedding, interview or something along those lines. I got one for my wedding and ill always keep it just for those reasons. I hope people don’t take this video too personal and wear things that don’t fit their style. Hopefully they will take your advice and customize to them. There are things on the list however I wouldn’t buy. Like the suit 7/8 jacket or a turtle neck. I agree with everything else though. Thanks for the advice Greg!

Hair looks awesome in the denim jacket picture.

My wardrobe is made up of jeans and t-shirts and shorts for warmer months. Never gave much thought to clothes. I might dress things up a bit as my bed grows back out because I think nine clothes can really make a big beard look good.

Great tips for the wardrobe! I still don't have a leather jacket. They are quite the investment and I still haven't found one I can try on that I really like. In the meantime I've gone with an Italian wool bomber. It is not as classy but still has a rugged, masculine look that can dress up some outfits and dress down others.

A nice wax Belstaff coat goes well with a turtleneck this time of year. Paired with some jeans and Chelsea boots, you have a nice autumn look.

I'm glad you didn't mention "suspenders". Though I don't wear them all the time, I like standing out in the crowd. At least 7 out of 10 comments on then are favorable. My friends and coworkers they just know at least once a month they're going to see either a lumberjack or black dress shirt with pinstripes and red suspenders. Something I started before visiting your channel, but has reinforced my decision .

I own one navy suit and it was a good investment plus I wear turtle neck sweaters on a regular basis in the UK because its cold 👍
