Yes it works, oldie but a goodie. Use 4 lunchboxes, berry Mentats, canned meat stew, nuka cran, bobble leaders, brain bomb, cran relish for the insane xp boosts. Also wear set of UNY +1i armor, with inspirational perk card under luck.

PC: Confirmed on rocksy. Not sure if it was because this was my 1st visit, but I didn’t get 3 choices it when straight into looking for the raider. The rest of the steps are the same.
