What pros won't tell you. If you cant use shift + F10, try Fn + shift + F10. Sometimes the keyboard on the laptop is set to function keys as default, so if you press just f10 you will be pressing a special function not the actual F10. Leave a like :)

this method no longer works.
Neither does shift+fn+f10, however opening a task window using ctrl shift esc then clicking on "open new task" then browsing for CMD in the system32 folder and clicking on it will SOMETIMES work but its hit or beginning to dislike microsoft

Thank you it worked ! But it's a shame you have to do this, if I remember well it was visible by default in the windows 10 installer. I just built a new pc and wifi is not working so I need to make windows work to install the drivers and hopefully fix the issue.
