I appreciate all your style tips so much. Regardless of your budget, it’s easy to apply your tips and look stylish. My tip is to regularly shop thrift stores. Look for classic styled clothing that are gently worn, timeless, and well made. You’d be surprised what you can find!

I'm a country girl and I 💘 my jeans. For me getting dressed up is black jeans!

I love wearing blue and black jeans during the cooler months but recently bought a pair of straight leg, burgundy coloured moleskin (not sure what you call them in the US but they are a bit like velvet but thicker) trousers which have made a fantastic change. Still casual because they are a jean cut but a little smarter looking. They look good with black, white and grey but I have been utilising my Kay inspired confidence and am wearing them with azure blue and yellow jumpers. Still casual but a little more ‘put together’ as you would say. Thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration for us all x

My go to place for pants is Chico’s. Whether pants, Leggings or Jeggings. The style is very modern and the fabrics are high quality. Great video as always!

Secondhand clothes can help us reduce plastic microfibre pollution. Have any of your clothes com from vintage and charity shops? Here, in UK, there are great finds in the charity shops.

I'm over 60 but there are very few sites for that age and I am 66, not 90. lol Anyway, thanks for your suggestions since I mostly wear pants and wear them casually. I went back to jeans from leggings and other athletic pants. I like some of the jeans they are bringing out now. They are not skinnies. I got rid of all of my skinnies--they were not comfortable. I do like joggers and wear them a lot. Reminds me of the Hanes sweatpants I used to buy back in the early 90s. I miss those. They were so cheap and you could buy a bunch of colors. I recently found some black pants from second-hand stores & Walmart. I can dress them up or down. Mostly down. You are right that the top and the shoes change the look of the pants. The main thing is that I want my pants to be comfortable. It's too bad that so many times you find the right ones but can never find them again. I guess stores just want to keep bringing out new things.

I have a pair of black velvet pants that I bought form the loft. They look great with sweaters and blouses. I bought the a couple of years ago but Loft have them back the fall.
