I feel PADS and OREO are very helpful when you have time to structure your speech and articulate clearly but somewhere it is not that much helpful when having an interview and you only have 3-4 seconds to structure you answer. Sir, if you have ideas on this plea make a video and assist us. Btw great video ♥️✨

1. PADS Framework (Point, Advantages, Disadvantages, Summary)
This framework helps you present a balanced view of a topic. It ensures clarity and organization when speaking about something complex. Here's how it works:

Point: Start by clearly stating your main point or opinion.
Advantages: Highlight the benefits or positive aspects of the topic.
Disadvantages: Mention any drawbacks or challenges associated with the topic.
Summary: Conclude by reinforcing your main point and summarizing the pros and cons.
For example, if discussing the power of clear communication:

Point: Clear communication is essential for workplace success.
Advantages: It improves team efficiency, reduces conflicts, and builds trust.
Disadvantages: It may require time and effort, especially for complex topics.
Summary: Despite the effort it takes, clear communication outweighs its drawbacks and is vital for success.
2. OREO Framework (Opinion, Reason, Experience, Opinion)
This framework is simpler and ideal when you want to express a single opinion or thought with supporting evidence. Here's how it works:

Opinion: Start with your stance or opinion on the topic.
Reason: Provide a logical reason for your opinion.
Experience: Share a personal experience or example that supports your reason.
Opinion (again): Conclude by restating your opinion.
For example:

Opinion: I believe clear communication is the foundation of workplace success.
Reason: Without clear communication, even the best ideas can lead to confusion.
Experience: In a past project, unclear instructions caused delays and frustration.
Opinion (again): Therefore, clear communication is crucial for efficient and successful teamwork.
Key Tips:
Preparation: Even when unprepared, try to use these frameworks to help you think quickly and clearly.
Practice: Practice using these frameworks in meetings or casual conversations to get better at articulating your thoughts.
Keep it Simple: Focus on a single idea or point, and avoid overloading your audience with too much information.
These frameworks, when applied thoughtfully, can help you communicate effectively, even in high-pressure situations.

Simple answer is
Use PADS OREO methods meaning

Point, advantages, disadvantages, summarise what u talked about

Oreo
Is start with ur opinion
And then explain the reason
And after that add ur already fixed experience
And again go back to ur opinion

Go with PREP->Point, Reason, Example, Point Summary ( similar to OREO)
