I am 30 years old have problem with pronunciation and thought it's only for English then when i was taking in my native language i couldn't pronunciation a word i feel it so heavy on my tongue I remembered that I have always been like this. There are some words that I cannot pronounce. I feel that they are heavy. I am an introvert, I do not talk much and I avoid entering into discussions... I realized at this age that I have a problem with pronunciation in general, not with a certain language. And try to know what it's called and find solutions to pronounce words easily

Love the exercise, thanks a lot. Just a tip: try to use your vocal folds and less air when pronouncing the letter "b". Yours sounded like a "p".
