I broke my neck in November. I ended up having major neck fusion surgery. I now have all this titanium in my neck and down some of my spine. Now. Sometimes, my jawline gets super tight and it can affect my ability to speak. It comes in spurts. It’s so annoying. I’m working with doctors, doing physical therapy, making great improvements BUT I’m (also) a medical social worker, and my role requires a lot of communicating. I’m going to use this exercise to try and make even more improvements on helping my clarity. Thank you so much for the share. Love your content. ❤️
