Cargo and passenger doors are still squared nowadays.

Comets crashes were due to metal fatigue, riveting methods and a mix of metal "skin" too thin combined with very stressfull cycles of pressurization.

Every window used was square & worked fine. What's to study? A pressurized cabin wouldn't have an affect on this, would it? Glass designed for pressurisation, with square window frames will be fine. The glass didn't break, it blew out in one single piece. Along with parts of the plane. They put the plane in big water tanks and pressurized it to discover the failure points.
