When you get told to pick a spider faction to ally to the weaver says something like "don't worry, no choice is ever permanent" and that felt like a direct attack on shadowlands covenants

I’m really liking this xpac so far! I love the “stay a while and listen” options for the character’s dialogues. It really gives them a lot of life and personality that I enjoy. I noticed the music too, love how orchestral it is and it really defines each zone!! So far, this expansion isn’t bad at all

The music is by far the best we've had since Wrath. Every zone has 10/10 music. It's also hilarious how buggy things are since many bugs from the beta still exist.

I really like the dungeons, especially the 4 dungeons you can do while leveling, feeling much shorter and simpler in design.

I'm a recent player (5 or 6 years), not much of an endgame player with m+ and etc, so I always play the expansions exploring and checking the lore without rushing, and I loved it so far! Ambience is great, little worldbuilding details everywhere, lot of "stay and listen" and beautiful zones as always.

I love being a tank, but I hate tanking for people. So follower runs are amazing for me. At first I thought they either didn't drop loot or dropped at a low rate because I did 6 without getting a single piece of gear. On my 7th run I got a piece from every boss. RNG at its finest. But seriously the whole warband feature is the greatest addition to WoW since Transmogging. 1 last note, getting pathfinder and study flight has made gathering mats so much easier.

Now that we have a kobold faction when will we get Kobold allied race?(and will it be before tuskarr)

Some people are saying it's short, but that's only because they shortened the required campaign by moving more quests over to sidequests. This expansion is just as big as Dragonflight was at its launch. The campaign is shorter, but all that means is a lot of quests are regular !'s rather than a ! inside a box. The zones themselves are not quite as large as Dragonflight, but there is just as much "stuff" there, it's just more densely packed where as Dragonflight had more empty space. Obviously both approaches have their upsides, Dragonflight's zones fit the feel. I think it feels the feel of TWW to have the zones a bit smaller and more dense since we're underground.

I'm curious what new zones they are going to add as it goes on. Keep in mind Dragonflight didn't launch with Forbidden Reach, Zaralek, or Emerald Dream - those were added later.

So far the only thing that is weird is the bugs, the sound somehow just disappeared for quests/talking heads and cutscenes. And the other thing that is weird to me is the new "lothar" character, need more lore for that to see how that happened or is even possible. Besides some "usual" minor bugs and stuff i like it more than DF by a mile so far. Somehow they made questing interesting for me again after like many years.

The npcs don’t feel like cardboard boxes anymore. They are lively, silly and have little inside jokes!

Only got to start playing last night, but I am already in love with this expansion in a way WoW hasn't really captured me in a long time. The things they've kept and improved upon from Dragonflight are amazing (dynamic flight on my Somnowl flight form still makes me giddy), the music has been dynamic and immersive, and the storytelling is being done in a way that I think could revolutionize this game going forward. I know it's a big if, but if they start to weave storylines through different zones like this in future expansions to update Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms, it's over for other MMOs. Lol. I dunno, I'm just seeing visions of greatness here, and I hope they're able to keep this up. Game could finally be what it wanted to be 20 years ago but just lacked the tech to fully realize it.

They need more variety in questing. They're just reusing the same types. Go to a garden? go pull some weeds. Go to a nerubian place? pull some webs off some flowers. Go to some house? pull a baby ou-

I really like how they've made a lot of the lore/RP optional. I love RP and lore, but it's great that you can skip so much of it on an alt.

I'm absolutely loving this expansion -- it feels like so many community complaints & suggestions were heeded and the game is a great balance of both hardcore and casual. It probably leans much more toward casual but that's fine, that's what a lot of the audience has been begging for for ages. The longer time between launch and season is a great example of how they're catering less toward the World First crowd, thank goodness.

Heroics are uncapped too so you can farm to your heart's content, and also Delves in general are so casual/solo friendly!

Now if we could just get a deep, meaningful player housing system we'd be golden!

what I like is that they didn't try and change the formula this time like they did in Legion, BFA, and Shadowlands. DF set a foundation with a lot of QoL changes like the improved default UI and other stuff, and TWW just kept that trend of making QoL changes and left the overall endgame formula alone. The only real addition is Delves, which are a semi 3rd pillar of endgame gearing, but they're kinda a mix of follower dungeon tech and scenario tech, and honestly, they're pretty good.

Usually the honeymoon period is a real thing, but also usually there's issues present in the beta that people talk about that blizzard insists on, like legendary farming in Torghast. The only real drama we have right now is the whole xp nerf giving early access players a P2W edge in having leveled alts basically. As much as that sucks, if that's our only real drama, I'd say we're in a pretty good spot.

I'm definitely having a great time with the expansion.

The quest line with the Isle of Dorn keeper shutting down really hit my emotions in a way that none of the major story has in quite some time.

I've really enjoyed watching you stream the xpac. I left WoW in Dragonflight but I'm considering coming back. Thanks for all the fun streams and YT content.

"best music since BFA" that's some bold statement, BFA music was 11/10 for me. Just the kul-tiras tavern theme, the boralus sky night 6 and 2, and even the main tiragarde sound theme, i come back to regularly, just because it's so good, and Zandalar theme is really, really good - very evokative of the Aztec, just as it should be for the Zandalari. I think if you ignore the issues people had with the gameplay (endless AP fomo power scaling, the crazy lottery with the azerite infused gear pieces, the randomized slots for abilities in gear, etc etc), the theme/art and FEELING of BFA was 100% genuine WARCRAFT, for me, but i started in Warcraft 2 so Kul Tiras was a known name for me since day 1, and not to mention sea was a huge part of warcraft 2 and so sea faring expansion is like 100% warcraft for me. Again, if you ignore the hiccups with gameplay, Legion was 100% warcraft for warcraft 3 enjoyers, and I think BFA is 100% warcraft for Warcraft 2 fans like me. Which explains why theres less of me around, a lot more people played warcraft 3 than warcraft 2. Not everyone is that old HA.
