POV: So Ennoshita is tanaka’s first guy crush and falling into bisexuality. While they are dating Tanaka is still trying to get over the fact that Kiyoko is dating Yachi (idk if you have a different ship situation but this is just what I ship) so he starts talking about Kiyoko naturally because he still has a bit of a crush on her during a conversation with Ennoshita kind of forgetting they are dating and how he still likes her and thats when this whole thing happens.
