As soon as i receive a notification that someone has favourited one of my digital products, i immediately click on them to see the types of products that they are looking at and I also get the opportunity to see what my competitors are up to as well. I often get inspiration for creating new digital products from these sources. Enjoyed the tip.

Not only does this tell you about your customer audience, it also tells you how you competitors are. I have found one or two shops that are regularly favorited in addition to my shop.

Love it ! This is a great idea Nancy, you are right about watching the video all the way through there have been so many times I thought I knew about a hack, or features on apps, etc. Then I learn something I didnt know. Then there's those awesome videos where I finally catch onto what has been explained to me over and over, but this time it's the way it's being presented to me differently that gets me to finally understand how Etsy algorithm works for example!! This tip was super helpful the minute I clicked on a recent customer who favorited one of my items! I noticed they also favorited my competition's items. This was helpful because it tells me they're shopping around for the perfect item and want options. So I left a comment thanking them for the like.
