How To Make Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges

Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges are one of my fave go-to easy side dishes and they are so much healthier than deep-frying them. The melted feta and lemon juice make there super morish !!
Crispy Air Fryer Potato Wedges
Ingredients
900g or 2 lbs of Yellow potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
salt to season
Feta, 1/2 lemon, and oregano to season
Directions
All right Food-dees let's start by cutting our potatoes into bit size cubes!
As we cut them go ahead and place them into a bowl of water to keep them from turning color.
once we have cut up all of our potatoes we will pour out the water and add the potatoes to a pot.
Add in some freshwater, enough to cover the potatoes by about an inch.
Add salt to the water and we are going to boil the potatoes until they are tender about 12 mins.
We are doing this to pre-cook them so the time they spend in the oven they get nice and crispy
Once the potatoes are cooked drain them and place them on to a sheet pan and let them cool to room temperature.
This helps remove a lot of the excess water which will also help crisp them up.
Now that our potatoes are cooled let's add them to a bowl then add in 2 tbsp olive oil 1/2 tsp salt and paprika. Mix to thoroughly coat the potatoes.
now let's add them to our fryer. it's best to do this in two batches and not one as it will take less time to crisp up the potatoes. I added all of them at once I had to remove half of them to cook properly. Set the fryer to 400f and set the timer to 7 mins.
after 7 mins we are going to remove the hashbrowns and toss and season with salt to taste.(I know it seems like a lot of salt in the recipe but it's to taste, Salt the water and add a bit to the potatoes before you fry them. If they still need seasoning salt them just before they come out of the fryer. Remember to taste at each stage and adjust as you go!) you might need to toss a few times depending on your air fryer
Go ahead and toss the hashbrowns back into the oven for another 7 mins or until they are golden brown.
Once they are done let's plate them up and squeeze the lemon over the potatoes, sprinkle some feta and oregano
