Connect the yellow and blue straight. Connect the green taking it between the yellow and blue lines. Connect the reds from outside the circle. Puzzle solved and rule of line should not intersect is not broken.

Even if you remove orange and blue you cannot connect red and green without them crossing, so this is not possible
