In this video, we will explore and introduce the physical simulation systems available in Unreal Engine 5, which can be utilized to implement realistic character physics, such as hair movement, dynamic props, and cloth simulation.
We will dive into the creation of the essential asset type required for this process, the Physics Asset. This asset type will enable us to simulate rigid body physics, allowing for the incorporation of collisions, interactions, physical animation, and more.
In future videos, we will learn about the various tools and features available in the engine for creating lifelike physics, such as ragdoll physics, skeletal meshes, animation blueprints, and more.
