For years, Iv been struggling with my weight- it stuck from above 61-63kg. Im barely 5’ tall so im overweight as per BMI. i came across your vids during this Ramadan. I alternately do your vids with Pilates, HIIT & low intensity work outs (twice a day) + cut down my rice consumption to half a cup . Now, I’m 59.7 (my goal is 56kg). Thanks to you! I don't usually comment on workout videos, but I wanted to say how much I enjoy your style. I am probably one of the most uncoordinated people with two left feet that you will ever meet, but I find your workouts easy to follow. And they are fun! I just did this one for the second time and I love it. It will definitely be a part of my regular workout rotation.

Honestly the best step workouts! 8 months postpartum and hitting 12k a day with a couple of your videos throughout the day especially when its raining! Love the layout of the videos and enthusiasm, they're a laugh too which is a plus! It's additive! ❤
