For archiving emails in Outlook, open the Outlook app. Suppose this is the email which I want to archive, then I will swipe it to the left and the email will be archived. If I have to bring back the archived email, I will tap on this menu option. I will go to "Archive". Now here you may need to wait for few seconds in order to display the archived emails. Suppose if this is the email which I want to retrieve I will open it. Select on the menu option. Move to folder and then "Inbox". Select "OK". Now the email will be moved from the archive to the main inbox.
