Hi Mailbird, thanks for the video, much appreciated. After I archive a slew of e-mails, will they remain in "all mail" if I delete the labels? For example, I just finished a 2-year project and have a slew of labels that I don't want to look at/view any longer. Aloha, John

HI, I have a chrome book and keep archiving emails by mistake, and don't remember how I did it since it was an accident!!! I don't remember which email they are or from whom. I moved almost all the emails in Gmail to outlook . but why is Gmail storage shown as full ? the outlook client app configured IMAP and archived all emails. Outlook does not show any emails in the Gmail account. if I log in to the Gmail account through a web browser, the email will not be displayed. but Gmail still shows full storage. what could be the reason for that?
