Install Ruby On Rails 7 With Docked (2 Commands!)

You need to have WSL setup. It's still an incredible improvement over previous workflows though, in terms of setup time.

Today we setup Ruby On Rails 7 inside a Docker container using @davidheinemeierhansson9989's Docked GitHub repositry.

Well that was fast.... generally Rails dev on windows setup take like forever.. WSL2 -> ubuntu -> ruby -> rails ... bla bla bla..
