How to install Ruby on Rails 7 on Windows 10

I installed latest Ruby, Git, Sqlite3, Yarn, Node - all on Windows 10. Checked all versions and then attempted to run "gem install rails". But get ERROR: Could not find a valid gem 'rails' (>= 0) in any repository. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
