I just went hunting for Boca sweet, it priced out to AUD$17 per quarter cup, i nearly keeled over! Allulose, here i come! 🤣.
These look so yummy, I’m definitely giving them a go. (After i recover from the bocha sweet shock!)
I love that little spatula you’re using there, just the perfect size to get squares of the slice out

you are correct in the sugar combo. I had been dissapointed in pinterest recipes till i started mixing sugars and using what I like vs. what a blogger is telling me to do lol. I wish i could afford Boca Sweet tho.

OMG, I’m sitting here envisioning enjoying one of those bars with a cup of piping hot coffee! They remind me of the Magic Cookie Bars my aunt used to make, only these are sugar free.

Love your recipes Carolyn, thank you, this recipe looks so good! Though, for the caramel sauce, I just cannot buy yet another sweetner type. I'll be using Allulose which you mention as a replacement, or the blend I have mixed up which I found to be excellent with no after cooling effects when used. That recipe was found from someone popular in a FB group I follow, and both of these are already in my pantry. Thanks again, I cannot wait to taste these!

Thanks so much, I love it when you do videos for your recipes -- it's always so helpful to see the steps, especially with fiddly (to me, anyway) things like making caramel sauce! This looks so good, and the only thing I need to stock up on is coconut flakes :-)

These are way way way too good!! I added some pecans with the chocolate chips… your recipes are marvelous! Thank you!! BTW I was an idiot and burned the sauce on the first try. But that didn’t sway me! 😂 I tossed it and started over. Not hard, I just wasn’t being careful!!

Hi Carolyn: I am from Canada and I cannot get bocha sweet in Canada I can get brown swerve but I have a dog and can’t get xylitol any other sweetners I could use? Thanks love your videos you always speak so clear and calmly 😁🇨🇦

This looks amazing. I wish I could use Swerve, but BochSweet is the ***only*** sweetener that either doesn't make me ill, give me a major blood glucose spike, or feel like a big old cloud of yuck in my mouth. That includes Stevia and Monkfruit. When I started a keto diet several years ago, I had basically zero treats (which was a mixed blessing!) until I discovered BochaSweet. I've just subbed it for Swerve in some of your recipes and it works great. I'm happy to see you mention it. :)
