I got the cookbook recently and my favorite part is the visual index. It makes it easier to find new things to try. I wish more books did that.

I am so happy I found your channel. My husband and I both love to cook and we have been on a Keto diet for about 3 months now. I love to bake and own two Kitchenaid mixers as well as a hand held on. I love kitchen gadgets and bakeware. When my husband and I go on vacation we always search out kitchen shops and outlets. I thought I would have to give up baking and I have spent so much money on baking items it really made me upset and then I found your channel. Thank you so much for these wonderful recipes and I am going to have to have your cookbook. I love all the baking tips because with Keto baking there is a learning curve. I am so thankful so many new products are coming out that really helps to make things taste so delicious. I want to make all your recipes. LOL

I have a kazillion baking pans, too!! Way too many. I have bought a couple USA Pans based on your recommendation and I love them!! Thanks!! A pet peeve of mine from some recipe creators is, they fail to put the size of pan they are using in the directions.

In just the first several pages of your Keto Baking book I was either reminded of things I knew but forgot or learned things I never knew. I’ve already used the cheats in the back. I love the book. When you do your video on glass and ceramic baking, can you please add baking with stoneware, such as from a company from that uses the initials PC? Thanks for this vid and wonderful recipes!

Also, pan type, requires understanding. Silicone takes about double the time for me, where as tempered glass takes a bit longer than metal and dark metal takes a bit shorter, baking/cooking time.

Why am I having a problem getting re- started on keto. I’ve gained covid fat. I’m miserable now. I think I put on 10 to 15 lbs. I did see a rectangle pan that could be adjusted in width and length. Wonderful. I don’t know where to find it. I love your school TY

Thanks for addressing this pan issue! I have very little storage in my kitchen, so I only have basics. Related question - Would I be able to make your angel food cake in a couple of loaf pans or a Bundt pan? Thanks, as always!
