I loved this kind of story telling. You could do smth like in a film, tucker is going to the King, cuz he is shouting some1 has to know he is the hero, Tucker asks, but surprisingly the King say Cheap is the Hero, and Tucker is mad, seems fine and once even betrays him. (alternative:) The thing with the garden was good, but i would suggest an apocalypse at the city, the king dies, the others running away but Cheap tries to help the King, failed, and in the last moment the King tells Cheap he is the Hero of that prophecy, Cheap tells the other the King is dead and that he told him he is that Hero, the others still dont believe, but in the end in a serious and close situation, maybe a little before dead through the endboss cuz the other show offs thought they would be strong enough, after a long fight see they cant win, but than Cheap finds his potential, his friends recognize him as a real friend and defeats the dark together (after Cheaps saved the others). And just like you did, Esta could be that Endboss, but he is surprisengly strong, the strongest Villain ever seen, you actually dont wanna hit/kill him but he transformate into something dark and big. Than you need kind of a line like "But i dont wanna hurt Estabrok" --- "This isnt Estabrok anymore..." (Obviously this happens before cheap finds his true potential).This could literally be a movie. (And in this end fight, where you guys are fighting together there would be some kind of outro music)
